Everyone has see the movie “Big” with Tom Hanks, if you haven’t stop reading this and get to the video store. Who wouldn’t want to go back to their childhood? Riding the ferris wheel with your friends, no deadlines, no bills. Stress was not even a word in your vocabulary. Why not just take a moment to revisit the kid inside of you.

Okay, you may not want to jump on your $1000.00 Posturepedic mattress, but what the hell it can take a beating once in a while. Did you know that jumping is good for your immune system? It stimulates the lymphatics and can help clean toxins out of the body. Sweating is a natural cleanser, “Jump up a sweat” instead of just working up one, it’s much more fun and it will put a smile on your face. They have mini-trampolines for this activity if you want to save the life of your bed.

So being a kid and doing what comes naturally is intrinsic. They don’t even think about packing a gym bag and putting on running shoes, just doing what they feel, running and jumping, singing and dancing. How ’bout when Tom Hanks was in the toy store with the manager and they played chopsticks on the piano with their feet (that dude was old and probably needed his nitro-pills after). Now that was inspiring!

They now have created the Wii for the family and it encourages the families to return to their childlike behaviors. Playing with one another the way families used to do it before we all got to busy. The Wii helps families get into shape while reconnecting them together emotionally and spiritually.

Laughing and playing returns our spirits back to our youth, keeping our hearts young and adding life to our living. What better investment in your health and keeping the family grounded? The Wii can be found for a lower than usual price at this fun site…Click the link to http://www.dropopp.com/ItemDescription.aspx?item=217
